Refund & Return Policy accepts returns on eligible unopened items within 30 days after delivery. Eligible Items: Please note that due to manufacturer requirements, there are some items that are not eligible for return for any reason.

Return of unopened goods for refund:

• All sofa , mattress, or custom order will not accept for refund or exchange.
• Please note that the return or exchange of such items will result in shipping and handling costs that will be the customer’s responsibility.
• In certain cases additional restocking fees may apply and will be deducted at the time the return is processed.
• If the return is not due to an error of ours( etc... you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it . then buyer is full responsibility for all the shipping charge both ways Plus 15% restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Packages returned to us marked "refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise are subject to 15% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens).
• is completely not responsible for package lost or misdirected due to an ncorrect input address at the checkout pages.

• When returning the Furniture or cancel order, the customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must ship it insured. Customer must pay both way shipping + 15% of restocking fee.
• When approved items are received and checked in at our warehouse, will issue a credit to customer's credit card minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All RMAs will expire 30 days after issuance. If a return authorization expires or is canceled, it cannot be reissued.

Please note shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Option 1 (Standard Exchange)
      • Customer completes an email of return to

      • Customer ships unopened item(s) back to us using the return instructions from the RMA.

      • When these unopened item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the customer for the return less applicable fees.

      • A new order and new charge or refund for the difference will take place for the replacement item desired.

Average turn-around time is 14-20 days.
Option 2 (Advanced Exchange)
      • A new order number is issued for the replacement order immediately.

      • We charge the Customer's credit card for the full amount of the replacement item(s) desired.

      • We ship the replacement item(s).

      • Customer completes return

      • Customer ships unopened item(s) back to us using the return instructions from the RMA.

      • When these unopened item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the Customer's credit card for the original order less applicable fees.

Average turn-around time is 3-10 days.
      • Any returned item(s) must be in the original manufacturers packaging.

      • Packaging must be intact and free from holes, tape, and writing.

      • There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label on the manufacturers packaging.

      • Discontinued item(s) and item(s) clearly marked "No Returns" on cannot be returned for any reason.

      • If we are notified in advance that item(s) are going to be refused upon delivery for any reason by no fault of, the refused item(s) will be treated as unopened returned goods.

      • A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.
